At Homeowner's Federation of America, H F A, we are helping to make Home Ownership, A Reality for Many People, which includes, stopping foreclosure, reducing the current mortgage payment and helping people purchase a home.

Let me explain the last part of that statement, helping people purchase a home.

We are working with a National, Non-Profit Organization, which has developed a program called, Lease with the Right to Purchase.  This program has been helping people own a home for over 20 years.  The Lease with the Right to Purchase Program is designed for people who can’t afford the large down payment required to purchase a home or can’t qualify for a mortgage loan, but they have the income to make monthly payments.  With this Program, it is possible for people to purchase a home for their family with very little money down and many contractual guarantees.
Listen to how Simple And Transparent Qualifying For The Program Is:
1., All people living in your home over the age of eight teen, Applies for approval.  2.,  We help you find a Home that fits your family’s needs in the approved neighborhood where you want to live.
 
3., The Non-Profit Organization Purchases the Home, then duz whatever fixing up is needed for you and your family to move in.  There are also funds provided by the Non-Profit Organization in case there are minor repairs needed during the lease period.

4., You Lease The Home From The Non-Profit Organization, which is From1to 5 years in California.
 
5., After the First Year, at anytime along the 5-year lease period, you have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the home from the Non-Profit Organization, which will typically be at below the current market value.

Don’t worry about qualifying for a mortgage loan during the lease period because we have very effective programs to help with Credit Cleanup, and other programs to help with eliminating debts. 

After you and the people living in your home over the age of eight teen qualify for the program, which includes having a combined credit score of at least 520.  That is all there is to the qualifying and you are IN. 

You are probably wondering how much it will cost if you decide to get into the program.  The only thing you will need, is 2 months lease payments up front, which are usually lower than rents in your area.  This is a refundable deposit, which is also your total down payment.
